FROM THE 1972 ROCKEFELLER POPULATION REPORT TO THE 1975 CIA INVESTIGATION — WHAT DID GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS REVEAL, WHAT HAPPENED DURING COVID, AND WHERE ARE WE TODAY?

THREE YEARS LATER — THE STORY I WROTE AND THE HISTORY WE MUST EXAMINE
On May 30, 2023, I published an article titled:
“Words from Pfizer’s Former Vice President, Dr. Mike Yeadon.”
Its opening message was:
“The U.S. Collapse: Will you stand up to live or be led like sheep?”
The world was emerging from the COVID-19 emergency. Families had lost loved ones, businesses had closed, workers faced vaccination requirements, and governments had exercised extraordinary authority over everyday life.
Pharmaceutical companies received billions of dollars through vaccine development, government contracts, and distribution programs.
During that period, Dr. Michael Yeadon, a former Pfizer vice president, publicly questioned the pandemic response and warned about what he believed were serious threats to humanity.
My original article went beyond the pandemic.
I discussed government population policy, the concentration of institutional power, the influence of the media, and the decisions made by those entrusted with leadership.
I also directed readers to the 1972 Rockefeller Commission Report, Population and the American Future.
Now, more than three years later, we can revisit that historical record with additional documentation.
But there is another government report Americans should examine.
The 1975 Rockefeller Commission Report on CIA Activities Within the United States.
One report examined the nation’s population future.
The other investigated intelligence activities involving American citizens, government authority, and constitutional rights.
Both became part of the United States government’s official historical record.
And both raise questions that remain relevant when Americans examine the exercise of institutional power.

1. THE 1972 ROCKEFELLER COMMISSION — AMERICA’S POPULATION STABILIZATION GOAL
Richard Nixon — July 18, 1969
“One of the most serious challenges to human destiny in the last third of this century will be the growth of the population. Whether man’s response to that challenge will be a cause for pride or for despair in the year 2000 will depend very much on what we do today. If we now begin our work in an appropriate manner, and if we continue to devote a considerable amount of attention and energy to this problem, then mankind will be able to surmount this challenge as it has surmounted so many during the long march of civilization.”
DID YOU KNOW? MORE THAN 50 YEARS AGO, A PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION FORMALLY RECOMMENDED STABILIZING THE AMERICAN POPULATION.
In 1969, President Richard Nixon proposed establishing a commission to investigate the consequences of population growth.
Congress authorized the commission in 1970.
John D. Rockefeller III became its chairman.
On March 27, 1972, the Commission on Population Growth and the American Future submitted its final report to the president and Congress.
Its official title was:
POPULATION AND THE AMERICAN FUTURE.
After two years of research, the commission concluded that continued long-term population growth offered no substantial benefits to the nation.
John D. Rockefeller III signed the report’s transmittal letter, which recommended gradual population stabilization.
The commission’s recommendations included family-planning services, reproductive education, public research, and policies designed to influence population trends through voluntary means.
THE COMMISSION’S STATED OBJECTIVE
Chapter 1, Perspective on Population, explained the commission’s concerns about continued population growth.
On page 7, the commission expressed its intention to modernize Americans’ demographic behavior by encouraging decisions based on information and deliberation rather than tradition.
It also discussed changes in established social institutions and customs concerning reproduction.
The report examined how population growth interacted with the economy, public resources, education, government services, families, and the environment.
Its Preface recommended that future federal commissions include substantial representation from minority communities, young people, economically disadvantaged citizens, and women.
The commission said greater diversity in its membership strengthened its confidence that its recommendations reflected different segments of American society.
That recommendation was part of its proposed approach to public participation and policymaking.
FOOD PRODUCTION — ANOTHER PART OF THE 1972 REPORT
Chapter 5, Resources and the Environment, included a section titled “Agricultural Land and Food Prices.”
The commission examined potential food-supply pressures associated with different population-growth projections.
It discussed agricultural land, fertilizer, pesticides, livestock production, and future food costs.
On pages 65–66, the report considered possible alternatives to traditional livestock production, including vegetables, synthetic meats, and food produced through factory-based agricultural systems.
These appeared as possible future responses to food-production challenges.
Today, more than half a century later, Americans are witnessing continued development of alternative proteins, biotechnology, and new methods of food production.
WHAT WAS BEING DISCUSSED AS A POSSIBILITY IN 1972, AND HOW HAS FOOD TECHNOLOGY EVOLVED SINCE?

2. THE 1975 ROCKEFELLER COMMISSION — WHEN THE GOVERNMENT INVESTIGATED ITS OWN INTELLIGENCE AGENCY
Three years after the population commission submitted its recommendations, another Rockefeller chaired a federal investigation.
This time, it was Nelson A. Rockefeller, then vice president of the United States.
On January 4, 1975, President Gerald Ford established the Commission on CIA Activities Within the United States through Executive Order 11828.
Its assignment was to investigate whether the Central Intelligence Agency had conducted domestic activities exceeding its legal authority.
The commission submitted its report on June 6, 1975.
The investigation examined allegations involving surveillance, interception of communications, domestic political activities, relationships with law enforcement, and improper intelligence operations.
Its findings included documented activities that infringed upon the rights of American citizens.
GOVERNMENT SURVEILLANCE AND THE RIGHTS OF AMERICANS
The commission found that some CIA activities exceeded the agency’s lawful authority.
Its report discussed domestic intelligence files, surveillance practices, investigations into political activities, and improper operations involving American citizens.
The commission also concluded that some activities had been directed or initiated by presidents, either directly or indirectly.
This was an official government investigation—not simply an allegation made by an outside critic.
OPERATION CHAOS — AGENTS ASSOCIATED WITH DISSIDENT GROUPS
One of the commission’s significant findings concerned Operation CHAOS.
The operation sought information about possible foreign connections to American dissident movements.
Beginning in 1969, the CIA recruited individuals from domestic dissident groups and instructed other recruits to associate with such groups as part of establishing their undercover identities.
The report documented that information concerning domestic political activities entered CIA files.
It also established that, on three occasions, an Operation CHAOS agent was specifically directed to collect intelligence within the United States on domestic matters.
The commission concluded that some of these activities exceeded the CIA’s statutory authority.
Operation CHAOS was formally terminated in March 1974.
AN OFFICIAL PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION DOCUMENTED INTELLIGENCE OPERATIVES ASSOCIATING WITH AMERICAN DISSIDENT GROUPS AND COLLECTING INFORMATION BEYOND THE CIA’S AUTHORIZED MISSION.
The commission’s findings are available in the report’s discussion of Operation CHAOS, including printed pages 24–25 of the summary.
SECRET HUMAN EXPERIMENTS — WHAT THE CIA COMMISSION DOCUMENTED
The 1975 report also examined activities involving the CIA’s Directorate of Science and Technology.
It acknowledged research in which LSD was administered to individuals who did not know they were participating in drug experiments.
The commission concluded that administering these drugs without the subjects’ knowledge was illegal.
It reported that one individual died in 1953, apparently as a result.
Following the discovery of these activities by the CIA inspector general, additional restrictions were introduced.
The commission reported that CIA drug-testing programs had ended by 1967.
These findings concerned historical CIA experiments with LSD.
Nevertheless, they remain an important documented example of medical experimentation conducted without informed consent.
WHAT PROTECTIONS SHOULD EXIST WHEN GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS PARTICIPATE IN MEDICAL OR SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMS INVOLVING HUMAN BEINGS?
CIA RELATIONSHIPS WITH STATE AND LOCAL POLICE
The 1975 report also documented relationships between the CIA and local law-enforcement agencies.
From 1966 to 1973, the CIA provided certain training and equipment to police departments.
The commission identified instances in which the CIA improperly participated in domestic police operations.
Those included lending personnel and radio-equipped vehicles to Washington, D.C., police to help monitor anti-war demonstrations.
The report also documented the CIA’s use of police identification as cover in certain circumstances.
These activities became part of the commission’s findings concerning intelligence operations and domestic law enforcement.
The report recommended clearer restrictions on the CIA’s domestic activities and stronger oversight.
THE RECORD FROM 1975
The 1975 report documents a period when intelligence operations crossed boundaries established to protect Americans’ rights.
It includes findings about surveillance, infiltration, human experimentation, and government oversight.
These were specific historical activities, investigated and documented by an official commission.
WHAT SAFEGUARDS HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED SINCE THEN, AND HOW EFFECTIVELY ARE GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS HELD ACCOUNTABLE TODAY?

3. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ROCKEFELLERS WHO CHAIRED THE TWO COMMISSIONS?
The historical timeline contains another development worth recording.
John D. Rockefeller III, who chaired the 1972 Commission on Population Growth and the American Future, died on July 10, 1978, in an automobile accident.
He was 72.
His death occurred approximately six years after the population commission submitted its report.
Nelson A. Rockefeller, who chaired the 1975 Commission on CIA Activities Within the United States, died on January 26, 1979, from a heart attack.
He was 70.
His death occurred less than four years after the CIA commission submitted its report.
Both men held influential positions in American public life.
Both chaired presidential commissions whose findings remain available today.
Their deaths and the reports they helped produce are part of the historical record.
4. DR. MIKE YEADON — HIS WARNINGS DURING COVID
Dr. Michael Yeadon served as a Pfizer vice president and head of allergy and respiratory research before leaving the company in 2011.
During the pandemic, he became an outspoken critic of vaccination policies, emergency restrictions, and pharmaceutical practices.
Yeadon questioned the design and safety of COVID vaccines and alleged that powerful institutions were engaged in a coordinated operation involving control over populations.
In statements featured in my May 2023 article, he characterized what he believed was happening as potentially the greatest crime in history.
He alleged that the operation was global, had been planned, and threatened individual freedom.
He also warned about the possibility of millions or billions of additional deaths.
Yeadon expressed concerns involving fertility, adverse reactions, vaccine passports, digital systems, and restrictions upon personal liberty.
Those were his public warnings and allegations, not established medical findings.
They were among the statements that led me to revisit the history of government population policy.
Today, we can examine those words alongside subsequent government decisions, pharmaceutical developments, medical findings, and historical records.
WHAT WAS SAID THEN? WHAT HAS OCCURRED SINCE?
4A. DR. SEAN BROOKS — HIS COVID WARNING & WHAT FOLLOWED
DID YOU KNOW? IN AUGUST 2021, DR. SEAN BROOKS PUBLICLY WARNED ABOUT SERIOUS HEALTH CONSEQUENCES FOLLOWING COVID VACCINATION.
Dr. Sean M. Brooks, Ph.D., is an educator, author, and former university instructor who describes more than 20 years of professional experience in education, including health and science instruction.
On August 16, 2021, Brooks addressed an Ohio school board, warning about blood clots, organ damage, infertility, and deaths following vaccination.
THE CRITICISM, CENSORSHIP & PUBLIC CONTROVERSY
Following his warning, Brooks faced public criticism, and fact-checking organizations challenged and discredited several of his claims. Brooks has also reported that recordings of his speech were censored or removed from major social-media platforms.
Yet his recorded statements survived and remain available for public examination.
WHAT DID HISTORY DOCUMENT?
In the years surrounding his warning, federal health authorities investigated serious vaccine-related injuries. By May 2022, the FDA had reported 60 confirmed cases of a rare blood-clotting condition following the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, including nine deaths.
These confirmed cases established a serious risk associated with that particular vaccine, although they did not establish Brooks’s broader predictions of widespread deaths.
THE WARNINGS WERE RECORDED. SERIOUS INJURIES AND DEATHS WERE DOCUMENTED. THE DECISIONS OF THOSE IN AUTHORITY REMAIN PART OF HISTORY.

NO MATTER HOW FEW DEATHS GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS OR MEDICAL AUTHORITIES MAY EMPHASIZE, EVERY HUMAN LIFE IS VALUABLE.
No individual, regardless of their title, position, wealth, or authority, has the right to dismiss the loss of human life as merely a statistic or an acceptable consequence.
Behind every number is a human being—a mother, father, son, daughter, husband, wife, or loved one whose life cannot be replaced.
ONE LIFE LOST MATTERS. NINE LIVES LOST MATTER. EVERY LIFE MATTERS.
What was known before his warning? What was confirmed afterward? And what should Americans learn from the decisions made during the pandemic?
EXAMINE THE HISTORY. RESEARCH THE RECORDS. ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS. LET THE EVIDENCE SPEAK.

5. PRESIDENT BIDEN’S VACCINE MANDATES — THE DECISIONS AND THEIR CONSEQUENCES
On September 9, 2021, President Joe Biden announced major federal vaccination requirements.
His administration imposed requirements affecting federal employees and contractors and directed OSHA to establish a vaccination-or-testing rule for employers with 100 or more workers.
Separate requirements applied to employees at many healthcare facilities participating in Medicare and Medicaid.
The administration’s announced plan was expected to affect approximately 100 million American workers across its various policies.
The consequences reached workplaces, hospitals, businesses, and households throughout the country.
Employees faced decisions involving vaccination, exemptions, testing, and continued employment.
JANUARY 13, 2022 — THE SUPREME COURT INTERVENED
The Supreme Court blocked OSHA’s broad employer vaccination-or-testing rule, concluding that the agency lacked statutory authority for that sweeping requirement.
In a separate decision, the Court allowed the vaccination requirement for many federally funded healthcare facilities to proceed.
On May 1, 2023, the Biden administration announced that it would end its remaining major federal COVID vaccination requirements.
The principal changes took effect in May 2023.
THE REQUIREMENTS WERE IMPOSED, LEGALLY CHALLENGED, AND SUBSEQUENTLY ENDED.
What were the long-term consequences for workers and businesses affected by these decisions?
The executive orders, court rulings, and government announcements remain available for public examination.
6. PHARMACEUTICAL SETTLEMENTS — BILLIONS OF DOLLARS INVOLVING COVID VACCINE TECHNOLOGY
Since publication of my original article, pharmaceutical companies involved in COVID vaccine development have entered substantial legal settlements.
MODERNA — $950 MILLION PAID IN 2026
On March 3, 2026, Moderna entered a settlement with Genevant Sciences and Arbutus Biopharma concerning patented lipid nanoparticle technology.
That technology was used in Moderna’s vaccine products, including its COVID-19 vaccine.
The settlement included an initial $950 million payment, made on July 8, 2026.
It also provided for a potential additional $1.3 billion payment, subject to the outcome of an appellate proceeding.
TOTAL POTENTIAL SETTLEMENT: $2.25 BILLION.
The litigation concerned patent infringement and intellectual-property rights.
PFIZER / BIONTECH — $740 MILLION SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS
In August 2025, CureVac announced agreements with Pfizer, BioNTech, and GSK to resolve U.S. patent litigation concerning mRNA COVID vaccine technology.
The agreements provided for an aggregate $740 million payment to CureVac and GSK, along with future royalty arrangements.
These settlements concerned the commercial rights to vaccine technology, rather than findings that vaccines caused medical injuries.
They are part of the documented financial history of companies whose products were used during the pandemic.
BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS, COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS, PATENT RIGHTS, AND LEGAL SETTLEMENTS HAVE BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH COVID VACCINE TECHNOLOGY.
Those records deserve public examination.
7. VACCINE ADVERSE REACTIONS — THE DOCUMENTED MEDICAL RECORD
Following the global distribution of COVID vaccines, health authorities continued monitoring potential adverse reactions.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has identified rare serious adverse events associated with particular COVID vaccines, including:
- Anaphylaxis.
- Myocarditis.
- Pericarditis.
- Thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome.
- Guillain-Barré syndrome.
Different vaccine products have different documented safety profiles.
Federal safety systems continue collecting and evaluating adverse-event reports.
Such reports require medical investigation to establish whether vaccination caused an individual condition.
For people who experience confirmed vaccine-related injuries, the questions of medical care, treatment costs, government responsibility, and compensation remain significant.
WHO SPEAKS FOR THE PATIENT WHEN A MEDICAL INTERVENTION RESULTS IN A SERIOUS INJURY?
And how accessible are the procedures intended to provide assistance?
8. AFTER COVID — WHERE IS THE WORLD TODAY?
On May 5, 2023, the World Health Organization announced that COVID-19 no longer constituted a public health emergency of international concern.
In August 2026, the WHO reported more than 779 million confirmed COVID-19 cases and more than seven million confirmed COVID-related deaths worldwide since 2020.
The virus continues circulating, but the emergency restrictions that characterized the early pandemic years have largely ended.
Businesses reopened.
Schools resumed ordinary operations.
Federal vaccination mandates ended.
The pharmaceutical industry continued developing new products.
And the medical, legal, economic, and political consequences became part of the history of the pandemic.
THE EMERGENCY ENDED. THE HISTORY REMAINS.
9. JOE BIDEN TODAY — WHERE IS THE FORMER PRESIDENT, AND WHAT IS HIS CONDITION?
President Joe Biden left office on January 20, 2025.
In May 2025, his office announced that he had been diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer that had spread to his bones.
The diagnosis included a Gleason score of 9, indicating highly aggressive disease.
His cancer was described as Stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer.
Biden subsequently underwent treatment involving hormone therapy and radiation.
In August 2026, his son Hunter publicly discussed the pain and challenges associated with his father’s illness.
On September 8, 2026, Biden provided an update on his condition.
He said that radiation treatment received during the previous fall had worked as intended.
He also thanked medical professionals and discussed continuing work on personal projects, including his memoir.
As of October 2026, Biden had not publicly announced that he was cancer-free.
The former president is now living with a serious medical condition while the decisions made during his administration remain part of the national record.
THE MAN WHO ONCE ANNOUNCED MAJOR FEDERAL VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS IS NO LONGER PRESIDENT. HIS POLICIES, THEIR CONSEQUENCES, AND THEIR LEGAL HISTORY REMAIN AVAILABLE FOR EXAMINATION.
10. THE HISTORICAL RECORD — FROM 1969 TO 2026
When I published my original story in May 2023, I asked readers to examine the direction of humanity and the decisions made by powerful institutions.
Today, the historical record contains additional developments.
In 1969, President Nixon identified population growth as a major challenge facing humanity.
In 1972, the Rockefeller Commission recommended voluntary population stabilization and changes in public policy.
In 1975, another Rockefeller Commission documented improper CIA domestic activities, including intelligence gathering involving American political groups and illegal human drug experiments.
During the COVID pandemic, Dr. Yeadon publicly raised allegations about pharmaceutical products and institutional power.
In August 2021, Dr. Sean Brooks delivered a recorded warning about COVID vaccines before an Ohio school board. His statements remain part of the public record, even though his central predictions have not been substantiated.
The Biden administration imposed major vaccination requirements.
The Supreme Court blocked one sweeping federal rule while permitting a separate healthcare-worker requirement.
The administration later ended its remaining major vaccination requirements.
Pharmaceutical patent litigation produced substantial financial settlements.
Public-health authorities continued monitoring documented adverse reactions.
The COVID international emergency designation ended.
And the political leadership of that period changed.
EACH OF THESE EVENTS HAS ITS OWN HISTORICAL RECORD.
The reports, court decisions, company filings, and public statements remain available.

IAMV PERSPECTIVE — THE VALUE OF LIFE, THE WEIGHT OF POWER & THE JUDGMENT OF HISTORY
When I wrote my original story on May 30, 2023, I questioned the direction of humanity.
I questioned the concentration of power.
I questioned the influence of institutions, governments, pharmaceutical companies, and media organizations upon the lives of ordinary people.
And I questioned what happens when individuals surrender their ability to think, examine, and judge for themselves.
Today, those questions remain.
In 1972, a presidential commission examined the future of population growth.
In 1975, another presidential commission documented what happened when intelligence activities exceeded the boundaries established to protect the people.
Decades later, Americans experienced a pandemic during which governments exercised emergency powers affecting millions.
Our history contains the evidence of decisions made by those who govern.
But it is the people who live with the consequences.
Families who lost loved ones.
Workers who lost their livelihoods.
Businesses that never reopened.
Individuals who experienced serious illness.
And citizens who continue asking questions about government authority, medical decisions, and institutional accountability.
HUMAN LIFE IS WORTH MORE THAN A CORPORATE BALANCE SHEET, A GOVERNMENT AGENDA, OR A POLITICAL POSITION.
I believe no earthly office grants a human being authority over the ultimate value of another person’s life.
My faith teaches me that worldly power is temporary.
Presidents leave office.
Executives retire.
Institutions change leadership.
Wealth eventually passes to others.
And those who once exercised tremendous authority eventually confront the same human reality as everyone else.
But the consequences of their decisions may remain long after they are gone.
That is why history matters.
That is why the people should read the documents.
That is why I continue examining what was written, what was decided, and what happened afterward.
I will not decide what the people must believe.
I will continue presenting the records, asking questions, and encouraging readers to exercise their own wisdom.
As I have said before, mankind should move beyond simply existing and begin asking what it truly means to live.
For those who held authority, their decisions become part of history.
For the people, knowledge remains an instrument of freedom.
And for humanity, life is a gift beyond the value of material wealth.
