Years before today’s headlines, IAMV wrote two North Carolina U.S. senators about injustice, abuse of power, an unbalanced rule of law—and what he believed was coming. Then history began to unfold.
There are stories written after something happens.
This story begins with what was written beforehand.
On November 26, 2019, IAMV sent correspondence to North Carolina U.S. Senator Richard Burr.
Months later, IAMV sent correspondence to North Carolina U.S. Senator Thom Tillis. Preserved records show that on February 10, 2020, IAMV was informed that Tillis staff member John Householder had received the email and would forward it to policy staff in the senator’s Washington office.
These weren’t warnings written after investigations, ethics complaints, federal scrutiny or political consequences became headlines.
The warnings came first.
The correspondence is timestamped and preserved in IAMV’s records. The letters themselves are not being submitted for public review as part of this story.
Their importance here is the chronology—what IAMV warned about before the events that followed.
THE FIRST LETTER: SENATOR RICHARD BURR
November 26, 2019
IAMV’s preserved correspondence to Senator Richard Burr is dated:
11/26/2019 — 07:10:01 PM
Its subject was:
“Senator Burr: Help Needed Due to Injustice”
IAMV identified himself as:
“I Am A Vessel For The Lord.”
The letter centered on what IAMV described as injustice, unequal punishment, prosecutorial misconduct, government abuse of power and an unbalanced application of the law.
IAMV challenged what he saw as different standards of justice for ordinary citizens and those possessing political or institutional power.
He wrote about people receiving extreme punishment for relatively small offenses while individuals in positions of authority could engage in misconduct without facing comparable consequences.
The correspondence discussed prosecutors withholding evidence, innocent people being imprisoned and what IAMV believed was a justice system operating differently depending upon who was standing before it.
IAMV wrote:
“Those types of ‘Abuse of Power’ cases go way past race, it shows that those in power have no value in life, justice or in the word of God.”
He continued:
“One of many sins that mankind is now paying for all over the world, the results we see everyday as the world continues to fall in every walk of life.”
Then came one of the central declarations of IAMV’s warning:
“Mans law is not Gods law, discern with wisdom, knowledge and mercy, justice for all without oppression.”
IAMV also wrote about people who were:
“…screaming but have been silenced by the unbalanced rule of law.”
Then history moved forward.
WHAT HAPPENED TO RICHARD BURR AFTERWARD?
February 13, 2020 — The Stock Transactions
Approximately 11 weeks after IAMV’s November 2019 correspondence, Burr and his wife sold dozens of stock holdings valued collectively between approximately $628,000 and $1.72 million.
The transactions occurred shortly before the COVID-19 pandemic sent financial markets into a historic decline.
At the time, Burr occupied one of the most sensitive positions in the United States Senate:
Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee.
He also served on the Senate committee dealing with health matters.
Questions emerged over whether information Burr obtained through his government responsibilities played a role in his investment decisions.
Burr denied trading based upon material nonpublic information.
But federal investigators began looking.
MARCH 2020 — FEDERAL SCRUTINY
The controversy didn’t remain merely political.
The Department of Justice investigated Burr’s stock transactions.
The Securities and Exchange Commission also investigated.
Then the investigation escalated.
MAY 2020 — THE FBI SEIZES BURR’S CELLPHONE
Federal investigators obtained judicial authorization to seize Senator Richard Burr’s cellphone.
The FBI executed the warrant as part of the stock-trading investigation.
This was a federal investigative action involving the sitting chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee.
Soon afterward, Burr stepped aside from his Intelligence Committee chairmanship while the investigation continued.
WHAT THE PUBLIC LATER LEARNED
Years later, previously sealed search-warrant materials became public.
Those documents revealed more about what federal investigators had suspected.
Investigators believed there was probable cause to examine whether Burr had used material, nonpublic information related to COVID-19 when conducting his trades.
Investigators also examined trading involving Burr’s brother-in-law, Gerald Fauth, who sold stocks on the same day as Burr.
The investigation did not ultimately produce a criminal conviction.
In January 2021, the Justice Department closed its criminal investigation without filing charges against Burr.
The SEC continued investigating afterward but eventually ended its investigation without bringing an enforcement action against Burr.
Those outcomes are part of the complete documented history.
So are the investigation, search warrant, cellphone seizure and Burr’s departure from the Intelligence Committee chairmanship.

THE SECOND LETTER: SENATOR THOM TILLIS
February 2020 — Receipt Confirmed
IAMV’s correspondence concerning Senator Thom Tillis again addressed injustice, incarceration, disproportionate punishment and what he considered governmental abuse of power.
Unlike the Burr correspondence, IAMV’s preserved records also contain confirmation concerning its receipt.
On February 10, 2020, IAMV received a message stating:
“I finally talked to John Householder today. He said that he had received the email.”
The message continued:
“He told me that he will forward this to the policy staff at the DC office who handles policy change legislation.”
The Tillis correspondence contained an even more direct warning about what IAMV believed was coming.
“GOD SEASON HAS COME”
IAMV wrote:
“The injustice of a unbalanced rule of law… God season has come.”
The correspondence discussed the government’s handling of the Enron prosecution and IAMV’s broader contention that abuse of power existed throughout American institutions.
Then came the statement:
“But Gods Shift is Coming, for those that have eyes they will see, and those that have ears will understand.”
IAMV cited:
2 Timothy 3:1–13.
He continued with examples that he believed demonstrated an unequal justice system, including wrongful convictions, withheld evidence and disproportionate sentencing.
Again, IAMV returned to the principle contained in his earlier correspondence:
“Mans law is not Gods law…”
The Tillis correspondence continued:
“…discern with wisdom, knowledge, mercy and justice for all, without prejudice discretion.”
IAMV referenced what he called:
“God’s Shift”
and
“A Prayer for the World.”
He told Tillis:
“I hope to get the chance to share it with you one day, God willing.”
WHAT HAPPENED TO THOM TILLIS AFTERWARD?
The events involving Tillis differed significantly from those involving Burr.
Tillis wasn’t subjected to the same type of federal criminal investigation.
But controversy and political consequences followed.
FEBRUARY 2020 — SENATE ETHICS COMPLAINT
Within days of the February 10 correspondence, the North Carolina Democratic Party announced an ethics complaint concerning a Tillis campaign fundraising communication connected with President Donald Trump’s impeachment proceedings.
The complaint alleged improper use of Tillis’s official Senate position in connection with campaign fundraising.
A complaint is an allegation—not a finding of wrongdoing.
2020 — FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION MATTERS
Tillis and organizations connected with his campaign subsequently appeared in Federal Election Commission proceedings involving campaign-finance allegations.
One matter concerned a political robocall and allegations involving coordinated expenditures, reporting and disclaimer requirements.
Another involved allegations connected to political contributions associated with Louis DeJoy.
The FEC ultimately dismissed the relevant allegations.
Again, the proceedings are part of the history, while the dismissals are equally important to its complete outcome.
JUNE 2023 — TILLIS CENSURED BY HIS OWN PARTY
Three years later, Tillis experienced another significant political development.
Delegates of the North Carolina Republican Party formally censured him.
The rebuke came from members of Tillis’s own political party and concerned several of his positions and bipartisan actions.
It wasn’t a criminal judgment.
It was a political judgment from within his own party.
2025 — TILLIS AND PRESIDENT TRUMP COLLIDE
By 2025, Tillis’s political conflict had reached the White House.
Tillis opposed provisions of President Donald Trump’s major tax-and-spending legislation, expressing particular concern about Medicaid and the potential impact on North Carolina.
Trump publicly threatened to support a Republican primary challenger against Tillis.

Then came another major development.
JUNE 29, 2025 — TILLIS ANNOUNCES HE WILL NOT SEEK REELECTION
Tillis announced that he would not seek another Senate term in 2026.
Years earlier, IAMV’s correspondence had warned:
“But Gods Shift is Coming, for those that have eyes they will see, and those that have ears will understand.”

APRIL 20, 2023 — IAMV’S FACEBOOK/META WARNING
The senators weren’t the only powerful figures or institutions addressed in IAMV’s warnings.
On April 20, 2023, IAMV published a post concerning Facebook/Meta.
IAMV maintains that this post, his Facebook page and other content have been suppressed to this day and that the matter has been documented to the Department of Justice.
IAMV wrote:

“As I’ve said in my previous posts regarding Facebook/Meta, they will continue to fall for their crimes against humanity, censoring prayers, education, and much more, yet promoting sexual immorality, satanic worshipping, music and even death, but I witnessed that God was glorified 122419, before God I do not lie” I’m a Vessel for the Lord, repent and prepare. Romans 1: 18-32 & Revelation 22
IAMV FACEBOOK POST — APRIL 20, 2023
https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1BuNK194j1
The statements concerning Facebook/Meta above represent IAMV’s allegations, observations and spiritual testimony.
IAMV states:
“More of IAMV revelations that were revealed on Facebook, yet the suppressions of Facebook silenced these posts. Yet the wealth of man, nor the power of leaders can stop what God has planned. Repent and prepare for what’s to come that is now here. IAMV”
The issue would later become part of another Overlooked Justice investigation:
OVERLOOKED JUSTICE — TRUE STORY: BIG TECH PLATFORM MUTES REPORT ABOUT LANDMARK LAWSUIT AGAINST META
https://overlookedjustice.com/olj-true-stories/big-tech-platform-mutes-meta-lawsuit-report/
For IAMV, the connection between these events reaches beyond one senator, one political party or one technology company.
It concerns power, greed, censorship, justice and accountability.
THE RECORD WAS CREATED BEFORE THE EVENTS
The significance of IAMV’s correspondence isn’t dependent upon releasing the original letters publicly.
The correspondence and associated records are timestamped and preserved.
The November 26, 2019 correspondence predates Burr’s stock-trading controversy, federal investigation, FBI cellphone seizure and departure from the Intelligence Committee chairmanship.
IAMV’s February 2020 Tillis correspondence was preserved along with the confirmation that the email had been received and would be forwarded to policy staff.
And IAMV’s April 20, 2023 Facebook/Meta statement preserves another warning years before this story was written.
FAST FORWARD TO AUGUST 2026 — META FACES LANDMARK TRIAL, THEN SETTLES BEFORE MARK ZUCKERBERG TESTIFIES
More than three years after IAMV’s April 20, 2023 warning, Meta entered a landmark federal trial over allegations that Facebook and Instagram were deliberately designed with features that could addict young users and harm children while increasing engagement and profits.
The case involved claims brought by 29 states. Meta faced potential penalties that had been estimated as high as $1.4 trillion before trial.
Meta denied wrongdoing.
But the landmark trial would never reach its expected conclusion.
AUGUST 26, 2026 — META SETTLES THE LANDMARK CASE
On August 26, 2026, Meta reached a landmark settlement of up to approximately $16.68 billion resolving claims brought by 29 states alleging that Facebook and Instagram were designed to addict children, that consumers were misled about safety and that children’s personal information was improperly collected. Meta denied the allegations and liability.
The agreement also requires significant changes intended to protect younger Facebook and Instagram users, including limits on daily use and restrictions on nighttime access.
And the timing became part of the story:
META SETTLED BEFORE MARK ZUCKERBERG TESTIFIED.
Instagram head Adam Mosseri had already testified during the trial.
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg was also expected to testify, but the settlement brought the trial to an end before Zuckerberg took the witness stand.
For IAMV, however, the settlement doesn’t close the larger questions surrounding Facebook/Meta, censorship, corporate power or justice for people who believe they have been harmed.
It becomes another event in a chronology IAMV began documenting years earlier.
April 20, 2023 — IAMV puts his Facebook/Meta warning on the record.
August 18, 2026 — The landmark Meta trial begins.
August 26, 2026 — Meta reaches a multibillion-dollar settlement before Mark Zuckerberg testifies.
August 29, 2026 — IAMV puts another statement on the record.
AUGUST 29, 2026 — IAMV: “I BELIEVE THE WORST IS STILL TO COME FOR JUSTICE NOT GIVEN TO THE PEOPLE”
For IAMV, Meta’s settlement doesn’t close the story.
IAMV believes the worst is still to come for justice not given to the people.
And his message extends beyond Meta, Richard Burr, Thom Tillis, American politics or any single corporation or institution.
IAMV states:
“There is much more coming towards the end of the year, that will bring people around the world together, for the good of mankind, past the intent of evil and greed.”
Jeremiah 51:36–64 ESV
These are IAMV’s words and spiritual testimony as recorded on August 29, 2026.
For IAMV, this isn’t about hatred, revenge or one political party defeating another.
It is about something larger:
THE GOOD OF MANKIND.
IAMV believes what is coming will reach beyond race, nationality, wealth, political affiliation and borders—and that neither the wealth of man nor the power of leaders can stop what God has planned.
The record now spans years:
November 26, 2019 — Richard Burr.
February 2020 — Thom Tillis.
April 20, 2023 — Facebook/Meta.
August 18, 2026 — Meta’s landmark trial begins.
August 26, 2026 — Meta settles before Mark Zuckerberg testifies.
August 29, 2026 — IAMV places another statement on the record.
What happens next will become history in its own time.
IAMV’s message remains:
“Man’s law is not God’s law.”
“God’s Shift is Coming.”
Repent and prepare.
— IAMV
